I could tell about more than a decade of classical training on violin and piano as a kid. I could tell you about the years I just walked away from music - despite how much it has always meant to me - to build a "proper" career in marketing. There are probably some other ways I could bore you to death, too.
But, what I really want to tell you is how thankful I am to have rediscovered the power of making music. Now, I can't stop chasing down new opportunities to create and I want to share knowledge, perspective, art, emotion, connection with, uh... anyone who will listen.
So, sincerely, I'm glad you're here. Thank you for dropping in.
I'm inspired by the human spirit at its best - hope, perseverance, generosity, sacrifice and, of course, love. I'm annoyed/frustrated/disappointed that we consistently need to relearn the importance of these things from animals and children. (I'm very thankful for those animals and children, though.)
My perspective on life shapes my music - process, sound and message. If I can't inspire you, I hope I can make you think, laugh or at least tap your toe. I know that through curiosity, vision, relentlessness, and ridiculously powerful technology that we can even carry in our pockets… we can create amazing things that make the world around us a better place.
I hope you'll join me on this journey.
